Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve

Interpretation

Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve is a beautiful area of remnant bushland in the City of Greater Dandenong. Working with Council’s Conservation Engagement team, we designed and delivered an interpretive display within the Visitor Centre. The display is firmly focussed on education, using interactive elements, illustration and photography to share local biodiversity stories with a wide audience.

"We worked with Nuttshell on the internal design of our visitor centre at Alex Wilkie Nature Reserve. They came to the project with not only amazing design ideas but an openness to collaborating. Our visitor centre has gone beyond our expectations and we have continued to work with Nuttshell on a range of interactive interpretations in our outdoor spaces. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, ideas and quality of the final product."
– Kirstine Oh, Conservation Engagement Coordinator, City of Greater Dandenong
